The Police Department is under the jurisdiction of the Longueuil Metropolitan Area (SPAL). They provide round-the-clock coverage, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, throughout the entire country.
The dispatch center that manages all calls will forward the call to the police based on priority. The severity of the situation determines the priority of the response.
