To ensure better integration and enhance certain projects, City Council approval may be required for both small and large projects. The nature of your project and its location are factors that may influence whether or not it is subject to approval by the Board.
Before requesting all the documents required for your application, please ensure that you comply with the city’s regulations to avoid additional delays. Contact the Direction de l’urbanisme by e-mail or meet a member of the team at Town Hall to discuss your project. A step that can save you time and money!
