Parking sticker

The stickers, offered free of charge, are intended to prioritize on-street parking spaces for residents of areas near REM stations, by prohibiting long-term parking for those who don’t have a sticker.

The target sectors are located in the vicinity of the Panama and Du Quartier REM stations, within a perimeter equivalent to less than a 10-minute walk from the stations.

Get your 2026 sticker

Residents eligible for a parking sticker must complete form 2026.

Residents who purchase the 2026 vignette can use it for the end of 2025 and throughout 2026.

The following documents are required to complete an application:

  • proof of registration.
  • driver’s license OR two documents showing proof of residence less than three months old (electricity, gas, telephone, cable TV bill, etc.).

Please note that requests for stickers from addresses outside the perimeter defined by the City will not be processed.

Parking stickers will be delivered by mail within ten (10) working daysto eligible persons who have completed the form.

Ville de Brossard wishes to remind you that since the spring of 2023, with the opening of the Réseau express métropolitain (REM), new regulations have been in force in certain sectors of Brossard near the stations of the new mode of transportation. For example, there are signs prohibiting on-street parking at certain times, from Monday to Friday. This is a common regulation around train and metro stations.
