Tailor-made service for people with reduced mobility
RTL offers a paratransit service for people with significant and persistent functional limitations who are unable to take regular public transit. In order to be able to respond to as many travel requests as possible and to offer a convenient and comfortable service, the choice of mode of transport is determined by RTL while taking into account the limitations of the clientele.
Admission form
To be admitted to RTL’s paratransit service, you must complete the admission form.
Only persons authorized by the eligibility committee may use the paratransit service. The person admitted must meet the criteria set out in the paratransit eligibility policy of the Ministère des Transports de la Mobilité durable et de l’Électrification des transports.
Hours of operation
Service hours are those during which travel is possible.
- Monday to Thursday: 6:30 a.m. to midnight;
- Friday and Saturday: 6:30 a.m. to 1 a.m;
- Sunday: 6:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
