Dear citizens of Brossard,

Every four years, we have a rendezvous with municipal democracy. On November 2, 2025, you will be invited to elect those who will represent each of the 12 districts of our city for the next four years.

At Brossard, we firmly believe that voting is deciding. Decide on the future of our services, our parks, our infrastructure and, more broadly, the quality of life in our community.

My role as electoral officer is to ensure that this process is carried out in accordance with the strictest rules of democracy. The municipal election is organized by an independent, impartial and transparent body, whose mission is simple but essential: to enable you to vote easily and confidently, to make your voice heard.

To achieve this objective, a number of measures have been put in place:

    • polling stations throughout the country,

    • universally accessible polling stations,

    • multiple advance voting days,

    • mobile polling stations for those unable to travel.

But beyond organization, it’s by exercising your right to vote that democracy can truly exist. It’s through your actions that we bring our municipal council to life, and together we define Brossard’s vision for the coming years.

I therefore invite you to take an active part in this election, to inform yourself and above all to exercise your right to vote. Because in Brossard, voting means deciding.

Joanne Skelling
President of election – Ville de Brossard
