Ville de Brossard offers citizens, organizations and organized groups the possibility of reserving various municipal spaces for sports, social or event activities. Depending on the space, booking procedures vary: some facilities can be booked online, while others require an e-mail request.
Halls and pavilions
Three municipal halls or pavilions are available for rental according to specific periods and criteria. These spaces are mainly used for receptions, meetings and one-off events.
Centre socioculturel Alphonse-Lepage
Availability mainly granted to municipal organizations and events.
- Reception hall located at 7905 San Francisco Avenue.
- Capacity for 300 people.
- Ideal for receptions, conferences, training courses or civil ceremonies.
- Please note: only limited availability on Fridays and no availability on Saturdays for the autumn season.
Multi-purpose rooms at the Centre multigénérationnel
Availability to citizens.
- Located at 6425 boulevard Milan.
- Salle polyvalente 1: multi-purpose room for up to 30 people
- Salle polyvalente 2: multi-purpose hall for up to 60 people
Chalet du Grand parc urbain
Availability mainly granted to municipal organizations and events.
- Located at 6000, rue de Châteauneuf.
- Multi-purpose space with on-site tables and chairs for 60 people.
- Fridays from 5 to 9 p.m.; Saturdays from 12 to 11 p.m.; Sundays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., subject to availability.
Chalet Radisson
Availabilities mainly granted to City organizations and events.
- Located at 9672 Radisson Avenue.
- Versatile space for up to 50 people.
- Fridays from 5 to 9 p.m.; Saturdays from 12 to 11 p.m.; Sundays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., subject to availability.
Soccer fields
The town offers both natural and synthetic pitches. Two Poly-aréna park fields are available for free online reservation for citizens aged 14 and over.

Baseball fields
Baseball fields are available on request by e-mail, depending on weather and surface conditions.
- Opening period: mid-May to end of September
- The pitches are floodlit and available day and night.
- Time slots must be booked at least 15 working days in advance.
- Authorized customers: residents and non-residents
Billiard and snooker tables
Four billiard tables and a snooker table are available at the Centre multigénérationnel, according to specific times and criteria.
Gymnasiums
Gymnasiums are located in schools in partnership with the Centre de services scolaires Marie-Victorin. Available time slots are first allocated to school and municipal needs, then to civic groups.
- Authorized activities: sports only
- Minimum reservation time: 2 hours
- Availability: limited for the Fall 2025 session
Ice
Brossard has two arenas:
- Aréna Michel-Normandin – only a few availabilities from days to weeks for the 2025-2026 season
- Complexe sportif CN – rental possible directly via their external platform
Reservations are open to residents and non-residents.

Swimming pools
The complexe aquatique now offers the possibility of renting one or more swimming lanes at specific times. Reservations are open to residents and non-residents. Fees for lane rental and supervision by City of Brossard lifeguards apply, in accordance with the City’s fee schedule.

- Lane rental: $30.15 / per lane
- Lifeguard: $34.35 / hour
Rates (before taxes) – Non-resident
- Lane rental: $53.20 / per lane
- Lifeguard: $46.00 / hour
Contact Services Brossard to request a swim lane reservation.
- For a rental / children’s party, this is a pool lane rental only. Room reservations are not possible, and users cannot bring cakes or decorations to set up in the atrium on the2nd floor of the complexe aquatique. For the time being, Children’s Party packages (with room and entertainment) are not available.
- Services (swimming, City courses and organizations) will always be given priority over private lane rentals.
- The request must reach the aquatic division via a citizen’s request (Services Brossard) within 10 working days.
- Reservations are subject to the availability of a sufficient number of City of Brossard lifeguards (Public Bath Safety Bylaw).
- Payment must be made to Services Brossard at least 3 business days prior to reservation.
- No-charge cancellations must be made at least 3 working days before the reservation is due to take place; otherwise, there is no refund.
