Bciti – citizen portal

The bciti+ loisir membership is your key to accessing most activities, services and programs offered by the City of Brossard and its recognized organizations. What’s more, it offers free or reduced-price access to many activities.

Access the bciti+ portal and discover various services to make your life easier:

• • sign up for a leisure activity;

• • subscribe to the Georgette-Lepage Brossard Library;

• • receive an alert when there is a parking ban on winter streets;

• • receive important information about the city via push notifications, e-mail or text message.

IMPORTANT
The bciti+ Requests service is on pause for improvement and will be available in 2024. To make a request or comment, you can reach us by e-mail at [email protected] or by telephone at 450 923-6311.

Proof of residence
– ID card with photo, name and full address (e.g. driver’s license).
Or
– Photo ID WITHOUT full address (e.g. health insurance card) AND an official government document (provincial or federal) or tax bill (municipal or school) from the current or previous year.
2. Photo (under 2 years old are exempt).
3. Proof of parentage or legal custody for children under 18: birth certificate, hospital card, current year’s school report.

Registration

• • Log in to your bciti+ account. If you do not have a bciti account, please click here.

• • Once you have logged in to your bciti account :

    • • click on Notices and notifications;
    • • select Notification settings;
    • • in the Channels section, enter your information in the desired notification channels (e-mail, SMS and mobile notification);
    • • in the Notifications section, select the channels to be used and the desired notification categories.

Notifications are sent from (450) 600-4406. We recommend that you save this number in your contacts under “Infos Brossard”.
