Adapted sports facilities

We provide a free sled for citizens with reduced mobility to enable them to take part in free skating sessions at the CN Sports Complex.

Support programs and adapted leisure activities

Les Frimousses à vos trousse

This program is designed to offer young Brossard residents with special needs (cognitive or physical) an integrated day camp experience with the help of one of our certified counsellors.

Carte accompagnement loisir

Ville de Brossard is a member of the Carte accompagnement loisir (CAL). This program from the Association québécoise pour le loisir des personnes handicapées (AQLPH) enables disabled people to register for a leisure activity with an attendant, at no additional cost.

Appropriate assistance in case of emergency

This program of the Service de sécurité incendie de l’agglomération de Longueuil (SIAL) informs firefighters and police officers of the precise location of a disabled person requiring special assistance in the event of an emergency.

Subsidy program (PAD)

In collaboration with the Société d’habitation du Québec (SHQ), the City of Brossard offers the Home Adaptation Program (HAP). This is financial support for home improvements to adapt a home for a person with reduced mobility.

Register of accessible or adapted housing: Ville de Brossard works with the Association d’informations et immeubles adaptés (AILIA). This agreement makes it possible to keep a register of accessible or adapted housing on the territory.
