Yoga styles
Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga classes are offered according to your preference:
Hatha Yoga: accessible to all (beginners or intermediates), this gentle class aims to restore balance to the body and a sense of inner well-being, while loosening the body to the rhythm of the breath. Each session is divided into three parts: warm-up, postures (safe and adapted as required) and a period of deep relaxation to activate the parasympathetic system (stress management).
Vinyasa Yoga: this class offers dynamic movements in synchronization with the breath, strengthening and stretching all the muscles of the body to help you relax after a long day’s work. Each session is divided into three parts: the warm-up, the postures (safe and adapted to your needs) and the guided relaxation period to activate your parasympathetic system (stress management).
