Program objective

The Lifesaving Society has over 100 years’ experience in providing nationally recognized swimming and lifesaving courses. So it’s only natural that Ville de Brossard should work with the Lifesaving Society and their Swim for Life program.

Created in 2002, Swim for Life is a nationally recognized program that teaches the basics of swimming to hundreds of thousands of Canadians every year.

The Parent-Child, Preschool and Swimmer modules have been created to teach children the swimming skills they need to enjoy the pleasures of the water safely, while inspiring them to get active every day. Taught by qualified instructors who are trained to supervise and ensure the safety of your children, the Swim for Life program is structured and allows for progressive learning at each level.
