Objective
Improve posture by working on muscular balance, increasing joint amplitude, improving flexibility and preventing injury.
Session sequence
Gentle, slow-paced activity that respects your limits. With awareness and breathing, we release tension and stress. Through a sequence of standing stretching/strengthening exercises, we mobilize the whole body. We move to the floor with stretches on specific areas.
