Course offerings

18 and over

A 60-minute cardio-tonus (body sculpt) class comprising a cardiovascular period in the form of aerobics and/or athletic circuit movements, followed by a period of functional strength training. Absolute well-being after every class, and ideal for keeping fit in a festive spirit! Stimulating classes for all fitness levels.

45 and over

This activity focuses on cardiovascular and muscle-building exercises. It consists of different phases, each accompanied by upbeat music: warm-up, aerobic activities (walking, jogging), muscle-strengthening exercises and training circuits, stretching and relaxation, discussions and fitness information. The teacher will adapt the exercises to the level of each participant.

55 and over

This course covers all aspects of physical activity. It contains six sections:

  1. A warm-up to improve joint mobility and posture.
  2. Dynamic and static balance exercises for a stronger body.
  3. Coordinating movements to stimulate cognition.
  4. A moderate, non-impact cardiovascular workout to improve your heart and lungs.
  5. Muscle-building exercises for upper and lower limbs.
  6. Finally, stretching exercises for the muscles used during the course.
