Course components
This course covers all aspects of physical activity. It contains six sections:
- A warm-up to improve joint mobility and posture.
- Dynamic and static balance exercises for a stronger body.
- Gentle coordination movements to stimulate cognition.
- A light, non-impact cardiovascular workout to improve your heart and lungs.
- Muscle-building exercises for upper and lower limbs.
- Finally, stretching and breathing exercises. Alternatives are offered for the different components, so that everyone can choose the pace that suits them best. Make your body your best ally!
