The Champlain and Victorin pools are open for a pre-season! Here are the times:

Where to swim in Brossard

Outdoor pools normally open for 8 weeks between the Saturday before Bastille Day and the3rd Sunday in August. Free access for all

Access to the outdoor pools is free for all, and a bciti loisir membership is not required. For groups (schools, day camps, daycare centers, etc.), please contact us before your first visit to ensure safe and enjoyable swimming.


Regulations

  • Children aged 8 and under must be accompanied by someone aged 16 or over. The attendant must be within easy reach of the child at all times;
  • Diving is permitted only in designated areas;
  • Glass containers are prohibited;
  • Jostling is forbidden;
  • Swimwear must be clean and exclusive for swimming. Underwear prohibited. Lifeguards may request a swim test if they feel the garment is unsafe.
  • Photos are permitted with the permission of the pool manager;
  • It is forbidden to hold one’s breath underwater repeatedly or for long periods;
  • Running is forbidden.
  • Swimming is prohibited for people with diarrhea or contagious skin lesions, or any other situation that represents a risk of contagion or contamination of the water.

If a cable is not already installed, you can request one from the lifeguards for all pools.

Please note that in case of very high traffic, it may not be possible to install a cable. You can then swim at the Complexe aquatique according to the schedule in effect.

Pools may close without notice in the event of bad weather or water quality problems, in accordance with current regulations.
