Designed for adults aged 45 and over, this activity consists of exercises and routines performed to upbeat music. Exercise intensity varies according to the different phases of a fitness class (warm-up, aerobics, muscular, stretching and relaxation). The teacher will suggest ways for participants to decrease or increase the intensity of routines or exercises performed using various accessories.
