Free indoor basketball (ages 9-17)
Citizens aged 9 to 17 can enjoy free basketball sessions in municipal gyms. It’s the perfect opportunity to play with friends, practice your shots and improve your game in a relaxed setting.

Free basketball (no registration required)
- Children 9 to 12 (non-playing parents welcome) – Friday, 5:15 to 7:20 p.m.
- Girls’ basketball, ages 9 to 17 (reserved for girls’ basketball) – Friday, 5:15 to 7:20 p.m.
- Free basketball 13 to 17 years – Friday, 7:30 to 9:50 p.m.
Lucille-Teasdale School gymnasium
- Open basketball 13-17 years – Sunday, 6 to 8 p.m.
Rules for free indoor basketball
- Upon arrival, participants must present their valid bciti+ loisir pass to the on-site supervisor.
- Proof of age and residency may be required.
- Clean, dry, non-marking running shoes must be worn for access to the courts. Boots are forbidden.
- Participants must bring their own ball. No balloons loaned on site.
- This is a free activity; no coach, group or structured team will be able to use this activity as a group practice.
- Respect and enjoyment of the game are essential. Unsportsmanlike behaviour will not be tolerated.

As soon as the warm weather arrives, Brossard’s outdoor basketball courts become a must-see meeting place for fans of all ages. Whether it’s a friendly game with friends, a solo training session or an impromptu match, these free-access areas allow everyone to enjoy the game outdoors and perfect their shooting under the sun!
