Session sequence
Aimed at people aged 18 and over, this activity consists of a warm-up followed by a 55-minute out-and-back walk (without a loop, so everyone goes at their own pace) to activate the heart and blood circulation, and strengthen the lower limbs. Strength training and stretching to complete the session.
