Ville de Brossard is required to publish public notices in a number of situations, including when Council adopts a by-law, approves requests for minor urban planning variances and in certain other cases (filing of the assessment roll, municipal elections, etc.). Also, in accordance with the Cities and Towns Act, the Act respecting land use planning and development and other applicable laws, as the case may be, the Town regularly publishes public notices pertaining to municipal affairs.

The publication of public notices on the website is intended to facilitate access and does not replace the obligations set out in the Act. Tender notices are issued via the SEAO electronic tendering system.
