Mailing address of residence or building
Name of person taking the reading
Counter reading (all digits)
Phone number
Email address

I can't find my address on the platform?

Please enter only the street name, not the type of road. Then click on the magnifying glass.

When I enter my address, an error message appears telling me that my building doesn't exist.

I have a cubic meter and when I enter my reading, I don't see the box for the decimal.

How do you calculate water consumption for my condo?

The amount is divided into portions of the fraction of your building.

All condominiums have a declaration of co-ownership that explains the % share of each condo based on the condo’s living area. Each owner therefore receives a bill based on the building’s total consumption at the percentage listed for their unit.

When will I receive my invoice?

The water meter bill will be sent on September 15, 2025.
