• Minimum 15 working days
• Full payment on contract signature
• A liquor license must be obtained from the City if alcohol is served

Conditions

• Setup and takedown must be done independently during the reserved hours
• Cold buffet only—no cooking facilities on site
• Inflatable toys and balloon games are not allowed in the room.
• No decoration, catering or DJ services provided by the city
• Chalet tours are not available
