Cancellation or Modification by the City
Ville de Brossard may cancel an activity, modify a price, a service or a schedule.
- Before the start: full refund.
- After the start date: pro rata reimbursement for unused days. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for reimbursement.
- The city may also cancel your participation in an activity if your balance is not paid within 10 days of your registration.
Cancellation by the Participant
Before the start: full refund less 10% administration fee.
After start date: prorated refund, less a penalty of $50 or 10% of total cost (whichever is lower). The participant must respect the following deadlines to obtain a refund:

- 1 to 6 classes: before the 1st class
- 7 to 15 classes: before the 2nd class
- 16 classes and more: before the 4th class
- No refunds if deadlines are not met or if the activity is abandoned during the session.
Withdrawal for Major Reasons
In the event of withdrawal for a major reason, such as illness or injury, a refund may be granted on a pro rata basis for the number of unused activity days, upon presentation of supporting documents. An administrative fee of 10% of the total cost of the activity will be retained.
