Reimbursement terms and administration costs
Cancellation by the City
If a camp is cancelled by the City, the full registration fee will be refunded to the payer within 4 to 6 weeks of cancellation.
Cancellation by the participant
If the participant cancels his registration, he must submit his request for reimbursement to Services Brossard at least 5 working days before the start of the camp. A 10% administration fee will be retained. If the refund request is made after this time, no refund will be granted.
NSF cheques or cheques to be corrected
A fee of $22.78 will be charged by the City for NSF cheques. For any correction or request to return a post-dated cheque, a fee of $12.00 will be charged.
