Please submit the completed form and the required documents online or in person at City Hall.

Documents and rates

Required documents and costs are listed on the online platform.

Only a copy of one of the following documents will be accepted as proof of principal residence:

• Municipal or school tax account;
• Certificate of insurance for a road vehicle;
• Document or correspondence issued by a government department or agency
• Proof of change of address issued by Canada Post.
