Apply for a PPCMOI (Projet Particulier de Construction, de Modification ou d’Occupation d’un Immeuble – specific project for the construction, alteration or occupation of a building)

The PPCMOI application is an exceptional procedure authorized at the discretion of Council to allow, under certain conditions, a project to be carried out despite the fact that it derogates from one or other of the urban planning by-laws in force.
