Instructions for Use
- Each person is allowed a 55-minute reservation per day to ensure access for everyone.
- No changes, cancellations, or refunds after booking.
- Please have your reservation receipt with you. You may be asked to provide this information to access the activity.
- Arrive at the scheduled time (no more than 10 minutes early).
- The player who reserved the court must be present for the entire duration of the reservation.
- Access to the courts is reserved for players (maximum 4 players per court).
- Spectators are not allowed on the courts (including rest areas and walkways).
- The organization of coach-led training or the use of specialized training equipment is prohibited.
- You must wear clean, dry sneakers that do not leave marks on the floor.
- Courtesy toward staff and respect for equipment and facilities are expected.
- Food and beverages (except water) are prohibited.
- The Ville de Brossard assumes no liability and will not be liable for any damages in the event of theft, loss, or damage to any personal property.
- Each player must bring their own equipment (racket and shuttlecock).
