Ville de Brossard unveils its commercial recovery initiatives

15 February 2022 Last update 17/05/2025

Brossard, your business partner

Ville de Brossard and its Comité de Relance today announced their commercial revitalization initiatives for the coming months. Support, tools, an extensive campaign and events have been put in place to directly help Brossard’s retail, tourism, lodging, restaurant, arts, entertainment and leisure industries, which have been hard hit by the Covid-19 pandemic for nearly two years.

Mobilizing to get back up

These actions to revive the economic vitality of Brussel’s businesses are the fruit of a major mobilization. Set up over the past few months, a committee of business people, merchants and partners will be putting their expertise and ideas to work for a structuring and sustainable revival.

Successful commercial revitalization of our region requires a collective commitment,” says Doreen Assaad, Mayor of Brossard. On behalf of our elected representatives, I’d like to thank each and every member of the Recovery Committee for their commitment to helping small businesses and big players alike get back on track and thrive. The past two years have been challenging, and I invite all business people to visit brossard.ca to find the help they need. We’ll get back on our feet together! “she continued.

Actions 2022

The Stimulus Committee and the City wish to animate and energize the community to implement a range of activities and projects to create conditions conducive to job creation and commercial revitalization.

Exchange and information groups

All Brossard business people are invited to join the movement by subscribing to two essential platforms: Facebook group: Brossard et ses commerçants and LinkedIn group : Brossard and its business community. These groups will become a real vehicle for communication and exchange between Brossard entrepreneurs.

With the help of renowned partners, each month the City will offer these two social media groups training, expert advice, government and financial assistance programs, and tools to help Brussel’s businesses thrive. Partners include Tourisme Montérégie, Services Québec and Détail Québec.
