Completed in July 2025, Parc Liège will appeal to young and old alike with its world inspired by farm animals. Families can enjoy a vast water play area divided into two distinct zones, one for toddlers (2 to 5 years) and the other for older children (5 to 12 years).
Shaded rest areas complete the experience, while an ecological drainage and water catchment strategy, incorporating appropriate grading and vegetation, ensures sustainable site management.
Access: boulevard de Rome, rue Lautrec and rue de Liège.

Parc Valois – Theme: movie night
Completed in August 2025, Parc Valois is inspired by an evening movie set, conducive to escapism and imagination. A central water play area, accessible to the whole family, is accompanied by two new themed play zones adapted to age groups 18 months to 5 years and 6 to 12 years. The whole thing rests on a shock-absorbing colored rubber covering, combining comfort and safety.
The design also includes playful outdoor furniture, terrain reliefs to stimulate the imagination, shaded areas and new lighting to enjoy the park in the evening. Biodiversity areas and new trees enrich the canopy and improve stormwater management.
Access: rue Valois, place Vimy and place Valiquette.

Celebrations that bring people together
On August 16, citizens were invited to discover or rediscover these spaces at two festive inaugurations. Entertainment and activities were offered on site to celebrate these new developments, which demonstrate Brossard’s commitment to quality of life, accessibility and the environment.
