In solidarity with the people of Amqui, the City of Brossard lowered its flags in front of City Hall to half-mast.
In solidarity with the people of Brossard and the families and loved ones affected by this terrible tragedy, the City of Brossard lowered its flags in front of City Hall to half-mast. This tragedy, which led to the death of two people and injured several others, is incomprehensible.
“I am shocked by what happened in Amqui this week. Acts of this nature are simply unacceptable. On behalf of all the members of the municipal council and City staff, I join all the citizens of Brussells in offering my sincere condolences to the bereaved families,” said Mayor Doreen Assaad.
