Brossard is launching a consultation process with local organizations about the services offered to them by the city.
Brossard, Friday, January 26, 2024 – In an effort to optimize its services to the population, Ville de Brossard is today initiating a consultation with recognized organizations active on its territory. The aim of this approach is to find out how satisfied organizations are with the services offered by the city, with a view to supporting them in carrying out their mission.
Starting today, an appreciation survey will be sent to all organizations recognized by Ville de Brossard that offer services to Brossard residents.
In particular, the questionnaire will :
- update the portrait of local organizations;
- gather the opinions of the people in charge within the organizations on various aspects such as communication and development;
- assess the level of satisfaction with the services currently offered by the city.
“Brossard’s organizations do remarkable work and provide essential services to the population. We are fortunate to be able to count on them. This consultation will enable us to pursue our commitment to offering quality services to the population by working hand in hand with the organizations that operate within our community,” mentioned Brossard Mayor Doreen Assaad.
