Ville de Brossard invites its citizens to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Semaine des Jeunes de cœur. A rich and varied program awaits the young at heart, from September 30 to October 4, to mark the occasion.
A festive program
Activities are planned at the aquatic complex, the Brossard Georgette-Lepage library and the Alphonse-Lepage socio-cultural center. Aquadouceur and line-dancing sessions, conferences of all kinds and a discussion activity with elected officials followed by board games are all on the menu.
Some big names are expected! Author and lecturer Kim Thùy will be with us on Wednesday, October 2. She will give a talk entitled Le succès de mes échecs, followed by a screening of the film Ru, inspired by her story.
The closing show of this 10th edition of Young at Heart Week promises to be a memorable one: the great Patsy Gallant, undisputed Quebec queen of disco, will grace us with her presence on the Club DIX30 stage! It’s a performance not to be missed. Tickets are sure to go fast.
Seat reservation
All activities are free, accessible and safe. Places for activities, lectures and shows are limited. Reservations are required and priority will be given to Brossard residents.
Starting at 9 a.m. on September 17, Brussel residents can register online or by phone at 450 923-6311.
Registration will then be open to all from September 20, at 9 am.
