Preparing for a big feast! Ville de Brossard launches its call for applications for restaurateurs, street trucks and alcoholic beverage suppliers for the 2023 Cultural Feast

14 November 2022 Last update 17/05/2025

The Ville de Brossard today launched its call for exhibitors for the Festin culturel de Brossard, to be held on August 18 and 19 at Parc Poly-aréna. Restaurants, street trucks and liquor suppliers are invited to register their interest until January 15, 2023 by filling in the online form.

The number of exhibition spaces is limited, and applications will be evaluated according to a number of criteria, including the presentation of an international and traditional food offering, and production capacity. In 2022, the Festin culturel de Brossard attracted more than 23,000 festival-goers, providing a unique opportunity for restaurateurs to showcase their expertise to thousands of people.

Evaluation of applications and selection of restaurateurs, street trucks and liquor suppliers will take place in January and February, with confirmation of successful applicants in March 2023.

Booth rentals will be lower than the 2022 registration fee ($650). Registration fees will be announced at the beginning of the year.
