A New Water Park for Sector T
The mayor of Brossard, Doreen Assaad, accompanied by city council members Stéphanie Quintal, Tina Del Vecchio, Daniel Lucier, Nicolas Thomas, and Sophie Allard, officially opened the Champlain Pool yesterday, located at 1745 Therrien Street in Brossard. Completely rebuilt, this new facility offers a modern, accessible, and welcoming space that will help enhance the city’s recreational offerings and encourage the entire population to participate in water activities.
A Redesigned Swimming Pool for Everyone
Rebuilt to meet the community’s current needs, the Champlain Pool can accommodate up to 350 swimmers. Its 25-meter pool has up to five swimming lanes, allowing for both recreational swimming and competitive swimming.
Designed with universal accessibility in mind, the pool features a beach-style entry that makes it easy for all users to enter the water. Families and young people will also be able to enjoy a water slide and an interactive water basketball game, offering a dynamic and varied swimming experience.
