Ville de Brossard launches its sports and aquatic activities program for the spring 2025 session.
Ville de Brossard is anticipating spring this year by launching its new program of sports and aquatic activities to get the season off to a good start. The activities on offer are varied and designed for all ages and fitness levels. It’s the perfect opportunity to get active and recharge your batteries.
Online registration for spring activities
Those looking for a new fitness experience will be tempted by aquamat, this season’s novelty. This activity, which stimulates balance and muscular endurance, is performed on a floating mattress in the water! Various aquatic fitness and swimming courses are also available.
These aquatic activities are complemented by a range of sports activities, including fitness and wellness classes, as well as pickleball and badminton leagues. Registration for all these activities opens on Tuesday March 18 at 6 p.m.
Lifeguard and aquatic instructor training courses
Those interested in becoming lifeguards or aquatic instructors can register for the lifeguard and instructor training courses from Saturday, March 15 at 9 am. These courses are free of charge for Brossard residents, and interested parties must present proof of their qualifications before registering.
Free activities for an active spring
To keep in shape, we also offer a number of activities that do not require registration. These include free swimming at the aquatic complex, teen basketball and even free skating until April 27 at the CN Sports Complex.
