Ville de Brossard has inaugurated a brand new space to offer citizens the opportunity to carry out transactions in complete security. This neutral meeting zone is set up in the parking lot of Brossard City Hall and is identified by distinctive pavement markings.
It has been designed to facilitate the exchange of goods, or for any other situation requiring a neutral environment. The space is under continuous video surveillance, and the site is accessible free of charge at all times.
“We’re delighted to offer a new space that provides a safe environment for Brossard residents to exchange and transact in complete security. The number of transactions between private individuals has risen sharply in recent years, and we believe that this space will encourage exchanges that will benefit all parties involved,” emphasized Doreen Assaad, Mayor of Brossard.
