The outdoor pools, paddling pools, water games, aquatic complex and Brossard Georgette-Lepage library will be open as usual. Day camps will also operate normally. Traffic and public transit services will also return to normal.

In the late evening of Saturday, July 6, a bus collided with a 315 kV electrical pylon at the corner of Chemin Chambly and Autoroute 30 on Montreal’s South Shore, causing it to fall. This exceptional incident caused a major blackout, depriving the entire Brossard area of electricity.
