Last night, Ville de Brossard paid tribute to Brossard volunteers and organizations.
After an enforced two-year hiatus, the Ville de Brossard paid tribute last night to the volunteers and organizations in Brossard who demonstrate exceptional dedication to the community. A cocktail reception honored six individuals and one organization, in addition to highlighting the achievements of the 2020 winners. Elected officials had the opportunity to publicly salute the exemplary commitment of the citizens at the council meeting held that evening.

Call for entries – 2023 Edition
The Gala de l’action bénévole de Brossard is back in a big way! Now is the time for interested organizations and citizens to nominate a volunteer to be honored at the event in May. The call for applications is open until December 15, 2022.
Highlight your exemplary volunteers, and they’ll be eligible for one of six categories.
Volunteers from an organization will be recognized in one of the following categories:
- Mayor’s Award,
- Prix Jeune en action,
- Emerging Volunteer Award,
- Prix Aîné en mouvement,
- Prix citoyen engagé and Prix Innovaction. (the Innovaction prize is awarded to an organization that has implemented a specific project).
All involved citizens who do volunteer work can be recognized in the Committed Citizen category. The final selection of winners will take place in February.
