Brossard celebrates the exceptional commitment of its volunteers!

In keeping with tradition, Ville de Brossard held its annual Gala de l’action bénévole on Saturday, May 3 at the Michel-Normandin arena, an evening of recognition dedicated to those who make the community shine through their remarkable dedication.

Hosted by Gino Chouinard, the evening brought together over 700 volunteers to recognize seven outstanding recipients of honorary awards for their exceptional commitment. Each of them embodies the profound values of compassion, perseverance and collective responsibility, and inspires all those who wish to make their own contribution.

“In these times of many social, environmental and human challenges, the role of volunteers is more essential than ever. Through their presence and generosity, they leave a precious imprint on our daily lives. I warmly congratulate and thank our seven 2025 winners, who embody Brossard’s spirit of solidarity,” declared Mayor Doreen Assaad.
