Brossard’s signature winter event, Fest-Hiver, returns to Sorbonne Park on February 8 and 9. With a diversified program that will appeal to families and young adults alike, get ready for a memorable experience in the heart of winter!
A rich program for active families
A variety of shows awaits families, designed to amaze and entertain children of all ages:
- BRRR show – Saturday, February 8, 2 p.m.
- Sneeze show – Saturday, February 8, 3 p.m.
- Kalimba’s Diary – Sunday, February 9, 3pm
- Cirque d’hiver fluo – various times February 8 and 9
Winter activity enthusiasts will have a multitude of options to get moving and have fun: polo field hockey, fatbike, winter slingshots, snowball fight, skating, snowshoeing, mini-slides, fort challenge, curling, snow scooter and much more.
In addition, live demonstrations of ice sculptures offer a unique spectacle, while workshops allow everyone to explore their imagination and talent.
For a gourmet break, the urban sugar shack ($) and the sugar bowl kitchen ($) will satisfy your sweet tooth during this festive weekend.

Dance the night away to the rhythm of the DJs
The Fest-Hiver will continue into the evening with a musical program that promises to thrill family and friends alike. DJ Abeille will open the ball at 7pm, followed by DJ Kat2Kat at 8:15pm. The evening culminates at 8 p.m., with the long-awaited traditional fireworks display that will light up the Brossard sky.
Doreen Assaad, Mayor of Brossard, invites the entire population of Brossard and surrounding towns to celebrate winter in a warm and festive atmosphere: “With activities for the whole family, an evening of DJ entertainment and a spectacular fireworks display, the Fest-Hiver reflects our commitment to creating memorable moments for all. We look forward to seeing you on February 8 and 9 at Sorbonne Park to experience the magic of winter together!”
