The Ville de Brossard is delighted to have finally completed the demolition of the building at 8080, boulevard Taschereau. This project marks an important milestone in the implementation of the Plan particulier d’urbanisme (PPU) de l’îlot Taschereau, which aims to revitalize this key area of the boulevard.
Highly anticipated by local residents and partners, this step symbolizes the launch of a vast urban transformation project designed to breathe new life into this strategic sector of the city. The demolition of the existing building paves the way for an improved quality of life for the population, creating a more dynamic, attractive and sustainable environment.
“This project is much more than a demolition: it’s a signal that the transformation of our boulevard is underway.
