Our steady real estate development, generating annual growth in municipal revenues and bolstered by the royalties we receive, enables us to invest in modern infrastructure and quality services. Between 2017 and 2025, our property wealth grew by an average of 9.3% per yearmaking us one of the most dynamic cities in Quebec. This growth is in line with the increase in our population.
Despite our expansion, our total net debt has remained stable since 2017. Its evolution is among the lowest of comparable cities. Our rate revenues remain among the lowest in the industry, reflecting prudent municipal management that respects our customers’ ability to pay. In short, in Brossard, thanks to our wealth, we can tax less and maintain a lower level of debt.
