An invitation to the Léger survey will be mailed in May
Ville de Brossard would like to inform its citizens that they will soon receive, by mail, an official invitation to participate in the 2026 municipal services satisfaction survey, conducted by the firm Léger on behalf of the Ville.
The aim is to measure public satisfaction with municipal services, to better understand citizens’ expectations and to guide the City’s improvement priorities over the coming years.
“A city that is evolving must continue to listen to its population. This survey will enable us to better understand the needs, concerns and priorities of our citizens, so that we can continue to improve our municipal services. I therefore invite all households that receive Léger’s invitation to take a few minutes to respond,” emphasizes Doreen Assaad, Mayor of Brossard.

The postal invitation sent to households will include the information needed to access the questionnaire, including a unique access code. The survey can be completed online and will take around 10 minutes to complete. Only one adult per household is invited to respond.
The city specifies that the survey is being conducted by Léger as part of an independent process. Responses will be treated confidentially, then analyzed globally to better understand citizen satisfaction, expectations and priorities with regard to municipal services.
The results will also enable the city to compare the evolution of satisfaction since the survey conducted in 2023, and to situate its performance in relation to comparable municipalities.
Citizens are therefore invited to check their mail during the month of May and keep the invitation they received in order to take part in the survey.
