Several new features and enhancements have been added to this offering. Among other things, participants will have the opportunity to try Cardio Tonus BOOST, a dynamic class designed for those who enjoy working out at a brisk pace.

Hatha yoga (intermediate/advanced) and beginner Pilates are also being added to the schedule. The ” Dynamic Movement” class, which was introduced during the summer, will be offered again this fall.
