The Town has decided to make a donation of $6,000, which will go to organizations that help the most disadvantaged in the area.
With the COVID-19 virus persisting, here and elsewhere in the world, community organizations are in great need of donations of money and non-perishable foodstuffs. At the dawn of the holiday season and in these more difficult times for many citizens, the Ville de Brossard has decided to donate $6,000 on behalf of itself and its employees to organizations that help the most disadvantaged in the area:
– Mission Nouvelle Génération $2,000
-Maison internationale de la Rive-Sud $1,000
-Comm’femme – Supporting women – 12 days of action
against domestic violence $2,000
– Sino-Québec de la Rive-Sud $500
– Knights of Columbus $500
