Ville de Brossard has found its new ambassador in Varda Etienne for this year’s edition of the Festin culturel, to be held on August 8 and 9 at Parc Poly-aréna.

A proud Brossardoise, Varda is a self-proclaimed “Diva of Brossard”, a title she embodies with humor and authenticity. Her vibrant personality and love of cultures make her a natural ally for such a festive, inclusive and unifying event.
“It was only natural for me to get involved with an event like the Cultural Feast. I love music, I love good food, discovering new cultures and having fun with friends and family! It’s a bit like inviting everyone to a big party in my backyard!”

About Varda Etienne
Cultural host, author and businesswoman, Varda has been standing out from the television crowd with her contagious energy and spontaneity for many years. In 2020, we discovered a much more personal side of her during her appearance on Big Brothers Celebrities, where she spoke openly about the troubles of mental illness. In 2022, she became the spokesperson for Bell cause pour la cause. Socially committed, Varda is involved with various organizations that work to destigmatize mental health disorders and support people living with them. Her commitment is also reflected in her documentary work, notably Les enfants invisibles and T’es belle pour une noire, two works that tackle social issues that are still too often ignored. Very active on the web, the Diva de Brossard, as she likes to call herself, shares her daily life with humor and transparency.
