We’re confident that we’ll deliver a fun-filled summer in compliance with health regulations.
Good news! Ville de Brossard is hard at work setting up its 2021 day camp. As we did last year, we’re actively planning the day camp to ensure maximum capacity for children in a safe and fun environment for both campers and counsellors. We’re confident that we’ll be able to offer an entertaining summer in compliance with the health regulations issued by the Direction générale de la santé publique, with a capacity at least equivalent to last year.
Registration for the regular Les Frimousses à vos trousses day camp will take place in two phases. Initially, between April 6 and 18, priority will be given to families with a parent in an essential service position. Thereafter, from April 23 at 6:30 p.m., registration will be open to all until all available places have been filled.
“For a second summer, we’ve managed to adapt our camp despite Covid-19 constraints. Although the number of children is still limited this year, we have managed to keep the number of places available at a minimum compared with last year, while preserving a priority for essential workers who have been on the front line in the fight against the pandemic for over a year,” explained Brossard Mayor Doreen Assaad.
Specialized camps and outings are cancelled for the 2021 season, but special animation activities will enhance the campers’ experience.
