A week of free activities for all tastes

On the occasion of National Seniors Day, the City of Brossard is proud to present the 11th edition of the Young at Heart Weekfrom September 29 to October 3, 2025. Free, accessible and varied programming awaits Brussel’s seniors: artistic workshops, movement activities, lectures and shows.

Programming that stimulates curiosity and creativity

Activities will be held at Centre socioculturel Alphonse-Lepage, Bibliothèque de Brossard Georgette-Lepage, Centre multigénérationnel and Club Dix30. On the menu: initiation to watercolour painting and dance, conferences on seniors’ rights, cinema and shows.

“Seniors are at the heart of our community’s vitality. Their experience and commitment enrich our present and inspire our future. Young at Heart Week is our way of celebrating this energy and reminding us that Brossard is an inclusive city where every generation contributes to building a sustainable and humane future,” said Doreen Assaad, Mayor of Brossard.

Highlights of the 2025 edition:

  • Monday, September 29: Musical bingo with Mayor Doreen Assaad at the Centre socioculturel Alphonse-Lepage.
  • Tuesday September 30: Joe Dassin tribute show at the Centre socioculturel Alphonse-Lepage.
  • Thursday, October 2: Closing show honoring the disco era at Club Dix30.
  • All week long: conferences, exhibitions, cinema, artistic activities and various shows
