Entirely redesigned to meet the growing needs of Brussel’s population, this modern, adaptive and user-friendly site offers simplified navigation, enhanced content, high-performance digital tools and rapid access to municipal information.

A site designed with citizens, for citizens
The result of a wide-ranging consultation carried out in 2024, the site reflects the priorities expressed by over 250 citizens who took part in an external audit. Their feedback guided the design of a platform that is intuitive, mobile, fast and focused on online services.
