Ville de Brossard wishes to inform the public that any document delivered after September 19 to the Brossard Georgette-Lepage library will be subject to late fees.
I’m returning my books to the library in a hurry!
It should be noted that during the state of health emergency linked to the coronavirus pandemic, the library temporarily suspended the application of late fees for documents returned after their due date.
Remember that the loan period for all documents is 4 weeks. Late fees are applied as follows:
Adult Section
- 0.15/day/document
- Maximum: $7/document
Youth Section
- 0.05/day/document
- Maximum: $1/document
The City also invites library subscribers to monitor the status of their loans and those of their children on their online file. Note that a courtesy notice is sent to the subscriber by e-mail two (2) days before the loan expires as a reminder. Documents must therefore be renewed or returned before the expiry date.
To give other readers the chance to borrow documents from the library, we would like to remind you that it is important to respect the due date for returning documents by returning books rapido to the library!
