Brossard, August 4, 2020 – From today until August 17, Brossardites are invited to comment on draft bylaw REG-362-18 which, if adopted, will better control the insertion of new constructions and expansions to promote better harmonization with existing buildings in Sector A.
On July 7, the municipal council adopted draft by-law REG-362-18. In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, in accordance with Ministerial Order 2020-049 of the Minister of Health and Social Services dated July 4, 2020, this draft by-law is subject to a 15-day written consultation in lieu of the public consultation meeting. Anyone may submit written comments or questions on this draft by-law by e-mail to [email protected] or by mail.
All information concerning this written consultation is detailed on the public notices page of the Ville de Brossard website. A presentation and explanatory video are available at the same address, to help everyone understand the draft regulations and the procedure for submitting comments.
The last right
This call for comments represents the final step before the adoption of new zoning regulations in sector A. Since 2018, Ville de Brossard has conducted an extensive public consultation process to adjust the regulations in collaboration with residents of the sector.
