The City of Brossard is today launching its call for applications from restaurateurs, street trucks and suppliers of alcoholic beverages.
The City of Brossard today launched its call for applications to recruit the restaurateurs, street trucks and alcoholic beverage suppliers who will have the opportunity to delight the taste buds and senses of festival-goers at the Festin culturel de Brossard on August 9 and 10. Interested business owners are invited to register their interest by February 15, 2024 by visiting call.
The number of places is limited, so applications will be evaluated according to a number of criteria, including the presentation of an international and traditional food offering, and production capacity. This not-to-be-missed summer event in Brossard attracts between 10,000 and 20,000 people every year: it’s a unique opportunity for restaurateurs to showcase their products and expertise to thousands of people.
Evaluation of applications and selection of restaurateurs, street trucks and liquor suppliers will take place in February and March, with confirmation of successful applicants in March 2024.
Booth rental costs this year are $400 plus tax for companies based in Brossard, and $550 plus tax for those based in another city.
The Cultural Feast, a not-to-be-missed event
The Festin culturel is Brossard’s flagship summer event. This event allows participants to enjoy performances by renowned artists, discover international cuisine and have fun with friends and family thanks to on-site activities and entertainment.
